Rediscover the joy of parenthood

Hi, I'm Eyal,

…and I'm (always working to get better at being) The Aware Dad - but aren't we all?
I am a certified Aware Parenting Instructor, Parent Coach, and proud father of two, raising
our children together with my husband. I'm here to support parents of children aged 0–8
years.
In my work, I offer practical tools that are not only effective but also bring more ease and
enjoyment to everyday family life.

Aware Parenting

"Aware Parenting is an attachment-based and trauma-informed approach to parenting which does not use either punishments or rewards. It questions most traditional assumptions about raising children and proposes a new approach that can significantly improve relationships within a family and prevent behavior problems. Parents who follow this approach raise children who are cooperative, compassionate, competent, nonviolent, and drug free.”

My services

I offer one-on-one consultations with parents, as well as couple consultations, to support you in managing everyday parenting challenges — with a focus on children aged 0–8 years.
I also run a variety of workshops for parents and educators, exploring a range of topics through the lens of the Aware Parenting philosophy. Workshop topics include sound sleep, stress-free mealtimes, attachment play, democratic discipline, and tears and tantrums.

What Parents Say

I really let go of a lot of stuff during our session. I left feeling free, open and with that emotional tiredness that we so often feel after releasing big stuff.

No sooner had I implemented the coaching that I received from you, my daughter responded immediately saying “I want my dadda”. She came right up to me sat on my lap and just hugged me. I burst into tears and was just so filled with love and connection.

It really is remarkable (even magical in the literal sense) that when we do the inner work, the outer world responds accordingly.

Thank you so much for what you helped me see. You are incredible Eyal!
