Hi, I’m Eyal Dubinski — a certified Aware Parenting Instructor, Parent Coach, and proud father of two, raising our children together with my husband. I have more than 15 years’ experience mentoring and coaching individuals, in both business and family contexts.

Parenting is a deeply personal and transformative journey that is unique to each parent, and I’m passionate about walking alongside families as they navigate the challenges and joys that come with it. My approach is grounded in the principles of Aware Parenting — a philosophy that views children as inherently good, cooperative, and capable of healing through connection with their carers. With loving parental guidance, this innate healing ability holds the key to resolving behavioural issues and conflicts within the family.

How I Support Parents

As a parent coach and Aware Parenting Instructor, I support parents of children aged 0–12 years. In my work, I offer practical tools that are not only effective but also bring more ease and enjoyment to family life.

  • I provide tailored strategies to navigate big feelings, aggression, rage, withdrawal, lack of cooperation and other challenging behaviours, while supporting both the child’s wellbeing and the parents’ needs.

  • My approach is based on the belief that children are inherently good and want to cooperate, and that family connection is both the starting point and the solution.

  • I use connection-based play as a joyful evidence-based way to release stress, reduce behavioural challenges, increase cooperation and even support recovery from trauma.

  • I help parents create a safe emotional environment with clear rules and limits — without punishments, threats, rewards, bribes or permissiveness.

  • I bring a warm, empathetic and non-judgemental presence, and welcome parents and families of all kinds. As a queer parent, I understand the importance of feeling seen, heard and supported in our unique family experiences and backgrounds - and I’m passionate about helping other parents feel this way too.

Parenting doesn’t have to feel like a lonely or overwhelming job. Together, we can create better understanding, deeper connection, and greater joy in your family — one moment at a time.

Supporting fathers to become active, engaged, connected, and truly meaningful parents is a beautiful aspect of Aware Parenting that I’m deeply passionate about.

Too often, fathers find themselves in the background, unclear about their role in the early months of a baby’s life—particularly when the mother is breastfeeding or becomes the primary carer while the father returns to work. This dynamic can lock roles in place for years to come.

With the right support, fathers can step into their pivotal parenting role—one that complements the special mother-child bond. This role, and the development of a healthy father-child attachment, can begin from birth and even during the breastfeeding stage. But it's never too late for fathers to step in and reshape the story. The benefits for the whole family include:

  • Stronger attachment between children and fathers

  • Fathers experiencing a deeper sense of contribution to their families

  • Mothers feeling more supported by their partners

  • Couples working better as a team and strengthening their relationship

LGBTIQ+ parents can similarly benefit from this approach. While traditional gender roles may not influence the dynamics in the same way, similar patterns can emerge when one parent takes primary caregiving or breastfeeding role. Strategies that help both parents connect with a meaningful role can restore balance and harmony in the family.
