Free introductory call

In this free of charge, 15 minute phone or zoom conversation, I'll be able to introduce myself and hear about your needs and expectations, so we can both determine whether it is a good fit for us to work together.

Initial session

The initial 60 minute consultation includes a questionnaire that you will need to fill in prior to the session to provide me with  broad context about you, your family history and your parenting challenges.

Follow up session

Follow up 60 minute sessions aim to provide you with ongoing support for as long as you need it. We can meet regularly or ad hoc when new challenges arise or more tools are required in your parenting.
